Stacy is a career and life coach who works primarily with talented and caring mothers who want to re-enter the workforce or re-launch their careers. She helps clients to... - Find rewarding work, - Fully enjoy motherhood, and - Achieve a fulfilling life outside of career and parenting. She has conducted research on work-family conflict, overwork, and early childhood education and care for over 15 years. Based on her research and experience with clients and her own life, she has developed a unique process that guides mothers to: - Identify unique strengths, uncover hidden talents, and learn to fully utilize them, - Understand and overcome obstacles such as time-constraints, lack of energy, and “mommy guilt,” - Build a support system or “Personal Board of Directors” to boost their own efforts, and - Create momentum-building action steps that keeps them on track to achieving goals. Stacy has previously worked for research institutions such as Columbia University and the Families and Work Institute. She earned her doctorate at the University of Pennsylvania and her coaching certification at iPEC, an ICF-accredited program. She has appeared on media outlets such as NPR and CNN, and her work has been featured in print publications such as the Chicago Tribune. Stacy lives with her husband and two young children in New York City. |
