Mia Y. Pollard

I first hired Mia as a Career Coach in 2007. Mia is personable, creative and has a high level of integrity. Mia has been instrumental in helping me to look deeper and find what really makes me tick. Often we are moved by the higher pay check, bigger home and nicer car only to find that it is not what really makes us happy. Mia is more than a Career Coach, she is a Life Coach.

I am a mother, a wife and a professional. I found Audacious Purpose Coaching to be very helpful in showing me how to succeed in all of these roles without losing myself. I began to use coaching services at a time when I was studying for my board certification, finding a preschool for my oldest son (at the time I had two children under the age of two) and I was beginning a new stage in my career.

I cannot express how valuable the time management, money management and life management skills I learned have been. I was able to set realistic goals and reach them. Ms. Pollard helped me to accomplish all of my desired tasks without allowing me to wear myself thin or forget about ME.
