Lydia Pettis works with people who are exploring the world of possibility. Are you facing an empty nest and wondering what you want to do in the next phase of your life? Are you standing at a crossroads and need help evaluating your options? Do you need to change the way you are thinking about things? Are you in the Third Chapter of your life (between 50 and 75 years) and asking how you can share your unique self in the most meaningful and powerful way? Lydia spent the first half of her life spiraling into her center, following the path "Know Thyself". Having integrated her various selves, she is now unwinding the spiral and seeking ways to express her authentic voice and share her light with the world. Lydia's experience includes camping and outdoor education, theater education, computer training, programming and consulting, problem-solving,and workshop facilitation. Recently she received a Masters degree in Creative Studies and became certified as a life coach. If you are on a journey of self-discovery I can join you as a companion and guide. If you are exploring new ways to present yourself in the world and to give voice to your authentic self, I can help you bring what you need to know to the surface and discover the next small step that will move you forward. If you are experiencing confusion and uncertainty I can help you sort out and prioritize issues in a way that is aligned with your core values. I offer visualization techniques and creativity tools to enhance the coaching experience.
