 Since I was a little girl I have always been called to a spiritual path. At age 10 I received my first Reiki atonement from a master who lived with us at the time. I was 14 when I got my 2nd degree.
I graduated from high school and immediately went to massage school. I practiced massage through college but was constantly searching for a more impactful way to transform people's lives. I studied art therapy, nutrition, Ayrvedic medicine and eco-psychology. All of these were steps toward my EFT practice.
I began studying ancient explanations of the bodies energy system both from the Indian and the Chinese perspective. The Chakra system and the Meridian system are two completely different systems but as I learned EFT I began to see how they could be used together for healing. I studied and practiced under another EFT practitioner for a year and then began experimenting with my own styles and techniques. Using EFT with life coaching techniques to provide phenomenal results.
My focuses have been, relationships, spirituality, trauma, addiction, teens, and life transitions. I also really love working with other healers.
