 Jane Cranston is executive career coach based in New York City with clients nationwide. She is the Managing Driector of ExecutiveCoachNY.com and GreatJobinToughTimes.com. For more than a decade she has brought to here executive, professional and leadership clients her experience as a corporate executive, not-for profit manager, entrenpreneur and business leader as well as her training in business, education, mental health and coaching.
Jane works with success-driven individuals and teams to take their performance to the next level. Many of her clients are challenged with the people management side of their work yet in order to succeed they must manage a staff. Recently, a number of her clients has found themselves in the job market due to layoffs. She works with these clients to develop a job search strategy so they can quickly write a power resume, learn interviewing skills and get networking.
Jane is the author of "The Competitive Edge Report" a biweekly ezine addressing current issues in the workplace. She is the creator and author of GreatJobinToughTimes.com a step-by-step job search program and a free special report "Top 3 Job Search Mistakes Smart People Make (and how to avoid them).
