Your Life, Redefined! As a shy person myself, I have deeply felt the struggles of wanting to get ahead at work, find that special relationship or to just socialize freely. Shyness is a part of who I am. It has shaped the fabric of my growth from childhood up until today. Now, as an adult, I have chosen to redefine my life in a way that let's me finally be who I am and joyfully share that with the world. My journey [to redefining my life] has been a roller coaster ride, and it wasn't until I started to work with a Life Coach, that everything changed. Through working with a coach, I gained so much insight into who I am and what I wanted out of life. It was then that I truly began to come out of my shell! Opportunity came, love was found and the ability to enjoy myself with others became simple. I still work with my coach and I am still gaining new clarity into my life and dreams. So, I decided to share my journey and help others, with shyness in their lives, overcome their barriers. I have received my certification in Life Coaching and now enjoy working with many amazing individuals who have created immense change in themselves. They inspire me every day! Now I ask: What would it feel like to "come out of your shell" and share yourself? What if the fear and anxiety around social situations were gone? What would it look like to be able to achieve anything you wanted to achieve? Has the time come for YOU to Redefine Your Life? I'm a Certified Professional Coach who helps people with Shyness and Social Anxiety overcome those fears and barriers and create a healthy balance to their personal and social lives. Together, with your expert knowledge of your Life and my expert knowledge as a Coach, we will create a plan to Redefine what you always thought you could never have. You will be on the road to fulfilling your dreams and beyond! |
