Pamela Duda, MBA, CPC, ELI-MP Pam is the Founder and President of Lifescapes Professional Coaching, LLC to assist those interested in expanding their horizons, one thought at a time. She primarily specializes in personal development and career/transition coaching and supplements it by utilizing behavioral and attitudinal assessments to evaluate ones communication effectiveness and leadership qualities. Pam brings over 20 years of corporate experience to her business. Early in her career, she held positions with increasing responsibility within small, medium, and large pharmaceutical companies. Her career focused on the support of the entire pharmaceutical product pipeline, from Research & Development to Commercial Operations, from a financial, sales, analytical and training perspective. Most recently, Pam was employed with a pharmaceutical consulting company for over 9 years. Prior to her departure, she fulfilled one of her career aspirations by joining the Talent Management and Organizational Development Team. Among her responsibilities were the development and implementation of world class talent management models throughout the company, the building of partnerships with senior executives, and through coordination with HR leaders, the continual improvement of existing processes and their subsequent integration. Pam is a Certified Professional Coach (CPC), member of the International Coaching Federation (ICF), and a graduate of the ICF-accredited training program from the Institute of Professional Excellence Coaching (iPEC). She is certified to conduct the Energy Leadership Index (ELI) attitudinal assessment along with the DiSC behavior profile assessment. Pam holds an M.B.A in Finance from Fairleigh Dickinson University and a B.S. in Finance from Rider University. In addition, she is affiliated with the Healthcare Business Women’s Association (HBA), NJ Chapter of the International Coach Federation (ICF) and New Jersey Association of Women’s Business Owners (NJAWBO). Outside of work, Pam enjoys spending time outdoors caring for her small cow farm, 3 dogs, 3 cats with her husband Andy. She also is a volunteer member for NORWESCAP Career Life & Transitions, local animal shelters, and Puppies Behind Bars. She is passionate about meeting new people, learning new things, and traveling to new places. Her goal is to make a positive impact on life and others by inspiring them to tap into their potential through empowerment and support via her coaching business. |
