Jennifer Leonard is the President of ImpactHR, a strategic human resources consultancy that understands the goals of business and how they relate to the mindsets and motivations of your workforce. Jennifer brings over 17 years of extensive experience in the field of Human Resources and Organizational Development from the pharmaceutical, medical device and high-technology industries. Over her career she has supported organizations through rapid growth, mergers and acquisitions, and restructurings to meet strategic business goals. Her core competencies include executive coaching, talent management, employee engagement, leadership development, organizational effectiveness, and team/group facilitation. Serving as a trusted advisor to senior leaders at companies such as Novartis, Pharmacia Corporation, Biovail Pharmaceuticals, Boston Scientific Corporation, and Silicon Graphics (SGI) she led the creation of innovative programs ensuring the recruitment, engagement and retention of key talent. As a leadership coach, Jennifer possesses a unique, high energy approach and excels at challenging high performers to learn about themselves, and understand how others perceive them. Through encouragement to leverage their strengths, and address strategic and emotional intelligence gaps, she guides them to becoming more authentic, effective and influential leaders. Jennifer holds a Certified Professional Coach (CPC) designation from The Institute for Professional Excellence in Coaching (iPEC), is a Hogan Assessment Suite certified consultant and an Energy Leadership Index Master Practioner (ELIMP). Jennifer earned her Masters of Human Resources/Organization Development from The University of San Francisco and her B.A. in Psychology and Business Administration from UCLA. She is an active mentor in the Healthcare Business Women’s Association (HBA), a member of the Society of Human Resources Management (SHRM), and the International Coaching Federation (ICF). |
