Janice Bastani, PCC Janice is a credentialed coach with the International Coach Federation. She holds multiple credentials in the coaching arena. Janice is a credentialed Emotional Intelligence Coach, a credentialed Energy Leadership Coach, a credentialed Empowerment Coach, and in addition holds a credential in Brain-Based Neuroleadership. Mrs. Bastani is also trained as a Certified Group Coaching Coach. She holds a B.A. in Journalism from the University of Arkansas. Focus Coaching is the umbrella business which houses all of the coaching disciplines where Janice does her coaching business. Focus Coaching has been in business since 2004. Focus has a wide variety of coaching methodologies and processes, along with assessments which clients can choose from. Since its formation in 2004 Janice has facilitated over 2500 successful coaching sessions plus a number of teleclasses, online programs and lectures. “Support and Accountability” are two of the hallmarks of Janice’s coaching business. She believes that without support whether through email, teleclasses, debrief or telephone calls as client is left to hang out in the world and let their “gremlins” play havoc inside their heads. Janice also beliefs that without an accountability partner to hold you to your commitment, it’s all just “hot air”. Janice has served as a Master Girl Scout Trainer for the United States Girl Scout Association for over 10 years in the San Francisco Bay area, is credentialed in Personality Training and is a credentialed speaker with the Christian Lecturers, Authors Speakers Services. Janice has also served in the volunteer positions of many school PTAs, been an art docent as well as the District Commissioner for the Area IX United States Pony Club. Mrs. Bastani is also a member of many of the Who Who’s in Coaching and in Business. Janice Bastani has written two books which will be published in 2010. She writes extensively on the topics of: Women-In-Business, Emotional Intelligence and Energy Leadership. Janice is a Platinum author with e-Zine articles and writes and is published widely on the World Wide Web in article distribution sites. This powerful coach who gets results, is married to the same wonderful man for 33+ years and together they have raised two successful daughters. |
