 When Lizzie started working in the Training and Development field over ten years ago, she immediately became passionate about connecting and partnering with individuals to facilitate a personal or professional change. Working in various industries (e.g. Financial, Publishing, Advertising), she was able to amass a tremendous amount of experience designing and facilitating individual and group trainings in the area of interpersonal communications, leadership and emotional intelligence skills. Recognized by her coaching clients as energetic, inspirational and appropriately funny, she enjoys unlocking individuals potential to become more effective leaders, regardless whether they lead a Fortune 500 company, successful small business or desire to lead a more purposeful life.

Enthusiastic about life and a firm believer that beauty exists everywhere and opportunity presents itself in every situation, she works with motivated clients who are ready to cast off counterproductive beliefs and perceptions and create positive life changing actions to create whatever they desire for themselves.

Lizzie is passionate about environmental and wildlife conservation and also enjoys providing one-on-one coaching, leadership and communications training to conscious organizations that are committed to preserving the diversity and abundance of nature so future generations can enjoy the land, water and wildlife the planet has to offer.

She is a certified professional coach through iPEC, Institute for Professional Coaching, which is accredited by the International Coaching Federation. Fluent in Spanish, she coaches in both languages and also is an Energy Leadership TM Index Master Practitioner. Always taking pleasure in life’s journey, she enjoys spending time with her husband, practices jivamukti yoga and takes daily mile long walks with their much-loved but impish three dogs.
