 A lifelong learner and Certified Professional Coach, Bernadette is president of Bluehill Coaching Group, LLC. She energizes physicians, other healthcare practitioners and administrators, service professionals, entrepreneurs, management teams and small business groups to achieve their goals, work synergistically and enjoy life’s journey. Drawing on more than 25 years of experience in healthcare services and small business management, she provides executive and management coaching for purpose-driven individuals, as well as leadership development programs for service organizations.

Bernadette’s professional work experiences began with technical and supervisory responsibilities in the hospital laboratory field and evolved, by planned design and openness to unique opportunities, to administrative positions in hospital planning and business development. Entrepreneurial opportunities with small healthcare business ventures broadened her professional outlook. She holds an MBA, a BS in Medical Technology, is a Certified Trainer with a focus on adult learners, is a Certified Professional Coach and an Energy Leadership Index Master Practitioner through the Institute for Professional Excellence in Coaching (iPEC). She is also a Certified Physician Development Coach through the Physician Coaching Institute, and is an Associate Certified Coach (ACC) member of the International Coach Federation.

Bernadette is a past president of the Association of Healthcare Executives of New Jersey and a current member of the American College of Healthcare Executives. She lives in central New Jersey with her husband and teenage daughter and serves clients throughout the US.
