Anthony is the founder and CEO of Powerful Purpose Associates. Anthony provides individual and team coaching as well as business consulting services in the areas of career and business growth and development, strategic planning, leadership and staff utilization. By helping his clients to eliminate blocks and old habits through the coaching process, Anthony empowers his clients to achieve their maximum potential in both short and long term situations. As a successful civil engineer who quickly climbed the corporate ladder, Anthony’s passion and desire to succeed energized him on a daily basis to be the best he could be in his field. Anthony achieved his professional engineering license at the young age of 24 and then went on to become the youngest Associate in a top-rated engineering design firm. Anthony’s leadership abilities propelled him to help cultivate not only his fellow employees but several local groups and societies. Anthony now uses the Energy Leadership Development System to help individuals and organizations implement a personally effective style of leadership that positively influences not only the individual but those that they interact with as well as organizations as whole. Anthony received a B.S. and a M.S. in civil engineering from Lafayette College and Columbia University, respectively. Anthony received his certification as a Professional Coach from the Institute of Professional Excellence in Coaching (iPEC). He is also an Energy Leadership TM Index Master Practitioner. |
