Anke Tracey is Owner of Coaching Life Actions, a career and life coaching practice and a Compass Presidential Ambassador candidate. As a Certified iPEC® Empowerment Coach and Master Practitioner in Energy Leadership, Anke draws on her 20+ years of corporate business experience and broad Human Resources expertise to help individuals define and clarify goals and objectives, and develop strategies to close the gap between their current situations and where they would like to be in the future. Anke has a demonstrated record of success in building productive client relationships and motivating her clients to accomplish their personal and professional goals. A graduate of Rider University, Anke obtained her Green-Belt Six-Sigma Certification in 2008 when she led a multi-million dollar corporate project that resulted in 20% annualized savings. After leaving the corporate world, Anke started her own business, Coaching Life Actions, which has enabled her to focus on her passion for helping others achieve their goals and dreams. She works part-time for Right Management as a Career Transition Consultant to help recently laid-off individuals transition to the next phase of their lives. Anke also volunteered her time at the NORWESCAP Career & Life Transitions Center for Women where she works with women who have recently lost their means of financial support. She helps to re-empower these women to move on with their lives, and discover ways to be financially self-sufficient. Anke is fluent in German and Spanish, and has studied at the University of Madrid. |
