As Coach and principal life enthusiast of Full Circles Coaching, I bring 20 years of experience in corporate human resources, consulting and transition coaching, and a track record of guiding individuals, executive teams and governing boards to build on strengths and manage change.

Full Circles Coaching allows me to partner with individuals who are ready to turn life’s transitions into life fulfilling opportunities, individuals who look to balance their Work and Play in support of their ideal Life.

I believe the secret ingredient to sustaining drive and performance is the Power of Play; finding courageous, creative, carefree and caring energy and bringing it to each opportunity for growth. After thoughtful consideration and analysis it is letting go and returning to intuition that brings us Full Circle.

Today it is my balance of Life, Work and Play that gives me energy and brings me fully present to each new trajectory. In addition to my Coaching, I am a Part-time Ski Instructor at Okemo Mountain in VT, and an avid amateur golfer. My home base is in the hills of New England and I love to travel to new playgrounds.
