I launched The SelfCARE Supremacy in 2008 and have been creating successful relationships with women who are invested in personal and creative development through self care, since then. Creating relationships is the most authentic way I have found to express my unique talents and skills. The valuable life-changes that I co-create with my clients fuels my passion for personal and creative development. Professional Background I own a professional understanding of administrative leadership experience, as well as developing maintaining relationships in human services, non profit, corporate, entertainment and the arts industries from over 15 years of hands on experience. My diverse experience gives me the unique insight and grounding for many of the challenges that clients address with me. I also have a professional background as an "Industry Spouse", homemaker and parent, having spent over five years as a full-time Industry wife, and mother before becoming a coach. I have a personal understanding of and compassion for the particular joys and unique challenges of women who have chosen to join lives with someone in the Entertainment Industry. A published poet and writer, I place a high value on authentic expression, and bring this, along with a passion for creativity, exploration and a love for language and lifelong learning to my coaching business. Service My clients receive the added benefit of knowing that their coaching dollars are helping on a global scale. I appreciate organizations with goals and results that resonate with my personal, professional and creative objectives. In addition to volunteering time and services, I donate 5% of my coaching fees to these organizations, and invite my clients to choose which organization will benefit from their coaching! That's right. It's not selfish at all, to take care of yourself, is it? Coaching Certification I received my certification as a professional coach from the Institute for Professional Excellence in Coaching, a leading training organization accredited by the International Coach Federation (ICF). I am a member in good standing with the ICF and have agreed to abide by the Professional Code of Ethics. I am also a member in good standing with the Professional Coaches Association of Michigan What's a SelfCAREist? A SelfCAREist is anyone who actively engages in and supports a lifestyle of self care. A SelfCAREist values creativity, appreciation, respect and exploration, and make lifestyle choices that honor these values. A SelfCAREist knows that they posses an inherent worth to life and and is committed to creating the life that works for them. |
