 Caryn L. Mateer, Leadership|Career Coach|Consultant, has over twenty years of experience in leadership and supervision.

I have worked as an organizational development professional for a non-profit financial services organization where I provided oversight to the human resources and learning departments. I also served as the administrative services officer providing oversight to IT, Records, Operations and Communications departments. Previously I worked for Michigan State University in the field of Career Services and Placement.

My interest in personal, leadership and career development is reflected in my educational pursuits. I have a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Eastern Michigan University and a Master’s degree in University Administration with a cognate in Career Development from Michigan State University.

I have also obtained the SPHR designation from the Human Resource Certification Institute and a Certificate in Leadership from the University of Michigan Executive Education Program.

I obtained the Certified Professional Coach designation from iPEC-the Institute for Professional Excellence in Coaching in 2011 and am certified in administering Energy Leadership assessments. I am passionate about helping individuals and groups to reach their career and financial goals.
