By running a department of seventy-five individuals Anne has expertise in marketing, leadership, training/development, teambuilding, retention, and staff management. Prior to starting her executive coaching firm, Anne was a senior vice president managing people, revenue, and operations of the media department for Digitas. She managed media direction on such clients as General Motors, Federal Express, IHG, Delta, Celebrity Cruises and The Neiman Marcus Group. Known for her leadership skill and dedication for identifying and developing talent Anne initiated programs to retain, strengthen and grow high potential individuals.
