Life Coach Sandy Cropper, CEC, partners with clients who are seeking to advance in their careers and achieve greater success, job satisfaction, and work-life balance. Sandy guides her clients to greater clarity through assessments, training and coaching to accelerate their professional growth. Clients who are motivated to take charge of their careers and professional development can expect a customized approach when working with Sandy. Her clients focus their Individual Development Plan to achieve measurable results that show up as improved performance in the workplace. The training/coaching sessions gives her clients a chance to practice and apply new skills to real-life situations and gain the confidence they need to sustain the results. The focus of Sandy’s work is in two areas. First, as a Career Coach, she helps individuals who are in transition, either leaving a previous employer or seeking another position with their current company. Her second focus area is Management Development primarily for frontline or mid-level managers who are building skills for a new position or enhanced level of responsibility. Sandy is a Certified Professional Coach, trained through IPEC, an ICF approved Coaching program. She brings over 15 years experience in Management Training and Career Development. Sandy brings hands-on experience as a frontline supervisor where she learned personally the challenges and keys to successful management. Sandy is currently the Secretary/Treasurer of ICF Indianapolis Chapter and a member of the International Coach Federation. She takes advantage of the ICF newsletter, webinars, affiliates and tools to build her coaching practice. The local chapter provides ongoing opportunities to collaborate and learn directly from other successful coaches. |
