 I have been a life coach for over a decade helping people reach their potential both personally and in the workplace. Although I have enjoyed working with individuals, and couples, I realized that I wanted to take my coaching to the next level, consequently I decided to use television and radio to empower people on a global level.

I made it my personal mission to improve the self esteem of my listeners, viewers and readers. I was published weekly in The Indianapolis Star and wrote a "Carol the Coach Column" which had a readership of over 500,000 people. I expanded my vision and created 4 live call in radio shows that have focused on advice and life skills via Carol the Coach. (See my website www.carolthecoach.com)

I have written Life Skills manuals for clients and and have written Creative Coaching: 65 Empowerment Exercise to Coach Your Client into Excellence as a tool for coaches to use with their clients.

I enjoy doing workshops and presentions nationally in all types of settings with the primary goal being to inspire others to learn techniques that increase their ability to manifest abundance in their life.

I have combined my personal life coaching with over 30 years of experience in psychotherapy which has afforded me an opportunity to work with a wide range of people, family, business and groups.I have developed a 10 week Empowerment Series to over 2000 groups.

I love life, my work and as IPEC says "raising the conciousness of the world...one person at a time."
