 Before entering the coaching profession I received my B.A. in Human Services from Saint Mary’s University of Minnesota. I also have been lucky enough to combine my passion for working with youth and my interest in travel. Living in different parts of the world I have volunteered and helped to create and run programs for children, teens and young adults. Some of these places include Ireland, Costa Rica and Africa.

In working with Teens and Young Adults I facilitate positive change by tapping into their authentic selves and inspiring my clients to live a life that reflects their dreams, their passions and their values.

It is important to me to challenge myself in different ways. I have found a new connection to myself through my love for snowboarding and rock climbing. Being outdoors allows me to clear my mind and focus on the now. I believe in the power of meditation, centering and visioning. It is my hope to help guide my clients to discover their own unique ways of expressing their true selves and voices.
