 As a leadership coach with Bold Steps, Inc., I head up the Leadership Development Program. Based heavily in Social & Emotional Intelligence and Energy Leadership, I am certified to administer individual and 360 assessments.

With the assessment report data, I work with our clients to set up a customized program which includes a professional development plan, coaching and training.

Focused on the 26 competencies that have been linked to leadership as well as the thoughts that drive behaviour, my coaching and training add new skills and tools to facilitate measurable results.

I hold a Masters in Management from the J. L. Kellogg Graduate School of Management, Northwestern University and a B. S. in Business Administration from Marquette University.
