Lynn Ostergaard

Lynn Ostergaard introduced me to the value of career and life coaching, and I've seen my consulting business increase significantly over the months she's been working with me. She's helped me discover three important factors in improving my confidence in a difficult and changing business environment:
1. Incorporation of the whole person in career decisions and pursuits – my direction has to come from a belief in my ability to do what I propose doing, and that is based in how I manage other factors about my life as well.
2. The importance of reaching out to friends and colleagues as one of the ways in which I find work – the best paying clients, and the ones I expect to last for the long term, are those that I find through networking (more so than on job boards and other online postings).
3. Having someone to talk to reaffirms career decisions I've made, and helps me assess my strengths and weaknesses – just deciding something doesn't make it real until I've tried it, made adjustments, realized successes, then remembered what led to that success.
I wholly endorse working with Lynn. It's a positive step toward the future.
