I've traveled two very different paths in my life--first as a corporate manager and director, and secondly as an entrepreneur. It's these experiences that drive my current endeavors to inspire and empower people traveling these same paths I've been on, so their experiences can be powerful and fulfilling! After almost 20 years in human resources and organizational development for several large companies including BP and PNC Bank, I currently run my own business, Mosaic Path, which offers coaching and training services devoted to helping people and companies unleash talent and put it to work in the world. I'm most passionate about helping people in two markets: 1) corporate professionals (particularly middle managers and emerging leaders) to maximize their careers and develop their leadership abilities; and 2) solopreneurs who are in the start up or early stages of their business development. I also teach the art and business of coaching as a Lead Instructor for iPEC Coaching. My coaching expertise is shaped by not only my work/life experiences and professional training and certifications in coaching, but also by my philosphy of always respecting the individuality of each person. I strongly believe that optimum performance and satisfaction can only come if a person is able to find their own unique path. So my approach to teaching, coaching, and inspiring others is always to help them find a way to take new ideas and opportunities and make them their own. As a coach, I’ve been described as insightful, easygoing, but tough when needed. It’s been said I create a safe space for people to be themselves, yet inspire them to be more than they are.
