Ella is an EFT and Professional Certified Life Coach, and an Energy Leadership Index – Master Practitioner. While working with her clients, either during individual sessions or workshops, she uses a powerful combination of Emotional Freedom Techniques and Core Energy Coaching. Her work is a partnership between her and her clients. It is a process that helps those who work with her release their blocks, connect their dreams and passions to their goals, and produce amazing results. Ella’s coaching experience is shaped by her excellent professional training, by many life experiences, and by her values and life philosophy. She is a certified EFT practitioner, successfully using this healing method with people since 2005. Her professional life coaching training, completed at the Institute for Professional Excellence in Coaching (iPEC), included Energy Leadership program, based on the model of seven energy or consciousness levels (developed by Bruce Schneider in 1999). Being a Master Practitioner of this program, Ella uses the Energy Leadership Index assessment with her clients. This tool, providing surprisingly accurate insight into the way a client perceives his or her life and reacts to different life situations, is used during coaching sessions to raise the client’s consciousness level so he or she could live successful and fulfilling life. Over twenty years of meditational practice, raising three sons, going through an immigration experience, adapting to life in the US, and realizing her dream of working with people are all parts of Ella’s life experience. Even though she particularly enjoys working with women facing a challenging life transition or looking for a new meaning in their lives, Ella is open to working with a variety of clients who are committed to change. She, for example, has participated in a research study on EFT and PTSD, and enjoyed tremendously working with veterans from Iraq, Afghanistan, and Vietnam. While working with clients, Ella combines her spirituality, humor, and great intuition, with her knowledge, experience, and ability to be logical and concrete. The result is nothing less than completely compassionate, honest, and effective methods for releasing what blocks people from reaching for what they want in their lives, discovering who they are, and experiencing the Here and Now. |
