Dr. Bill Gordon, a Maine native, came to coaching naturally through a process of providing pastoral care and spiritual direction in communities throughout Maine for over two-and-one-half decades. He completed his certification as a coach with the iPEC program in 2007. Gordon's background includes his experiences as an openly gay man and pastor, as well as helping others to discover their own truths. He has also worked extensively in the child welfare field, including coaching parents who were uncertain about the best choices for their families. Dr. Gordon is a much sought-after speaker and trainer who continues to provide coaching support for those people who are committing themselves to the fulness of their individual journey through excellent communications, truth-telling, and self-management. His diverse background will bring an integration to the issues of spirituality, sexuality, communication, and relationships of all kinds. Gordon holds a Doctorate of Ministry, and considers himself an interfaith celebrant and follower. He lives happily with his husband and shares his life with a blended family of five young adults and several cats. |
