 Having personally experienced many career transitions (planned and unplanned) my passion is to help others discover how to thrive from their own career transition effort.

Blanche is a Senior Consultant at Zehren*Friedman Associates, a management training and consulting firm that develops professionals' skills in sales, negotiation, presentation, influence. Prior positions include treasury management consultant at PricewaterhouseCoopers, Arthur Andersen, and Vice President Treasury Management Services sales, product management, customer service businesses at ABN AMRO/LaSalle now Bank of America. Blanche began her corporate career in International Cash Management Sales and Consulting at First National Bank of Chicago now Chase and at Northern Trust. She earned an BA Dartmouth College, an MBA at DePaul and is a Certified Empowerment Coach through iPEC. She has lived and worked abroad in Spain, Chile, and Brazil teaching Spanish and English.
