 Wellness coach Barbara Appelbaum is a seasoned professional with over 22 years experience in business development and marketing communications; 11 of which were in the non-profit healthcare sector. She holds 2 advanced degrees: MBA, MAT. After being diagnosed with a chronic illness in June 2006, Barbara’s life changed forever. This "gift" made her realize the importance of finding her life's purpose and pursuing it.

In 2009, Barbara became an iPEC Certified Professional Coach targeting wellness. As such, she helps people connect the mind, body and spirit so as to learn to live in the moment and realize wellness in every aspect of their life.
