Amy Massat is the Founder of Dynamic Action Associates, LLC. Ms. Massat partners with experienced teams and professionals within small to mid sized businesses to overcome common challenges of low productivity, poor client service, troubled team dynamics, or difficult work relations. Ms. Massat co-creates a more energetic, enthusiastic, and productive work environment for members involved in the process. She is also a huge advocate of continuous personal and professional growth and development. As an aside, Ms. Massat has over ten years of business experience in Human Resources, Finance, Client Service and Business Administration with a high concentration in personal and organizational transitions, optimizing employee performance and talent management, and behavioral development. Ms. Massat has received her Certified Professional Coaching certificate from iPEC Coaching; Professional in Human Resources from the Human Resources Certification Institute; and Bachelor of Science from DePaul University. Ms. Massat is also an active member of professional organizations like the Society of Human Resource Management. |
