Freeman is one of those rare “Triple Threat Women.” She is an entrepreneur, mother and wife. She is the principal consultant for Towanna Freeman & Associates, an active consultancy in the greater Washington, D.C. metro area. She is also a successful life coach, management consultant, inspirational and motivational speaker and advocate for young women. Freeman conducts workshops and conferences where she imparts a life-changing message that presents hope and inspiration. She is the co-author of an award winning book, Purposeful Action, 7 Steps to Fulfillment, which reveals a seven-step method for identifying and effectively pursuing personal and professional goals.

In 1999 Freeman founded the Young Women’s Empowerment Network (www.ywen.org) designed to help teen girls realize their potential to succeed in life and in 2008 she launched a new empowerment conference called “GIRL PREP” that is designed for pre-teen girls.

As a much sought after leadership development coach, Freeman delivers custom keynotes, coaching and training programs designed to assist organizations in their efforts to equip their leaders and key contributors with the skills and competencies needed to excel in today’s challenging business environment.
