Denise Holloway

What impressed me the most initially was her lack of ego, her natural empathy, and her true passion for coaching as a means to help her clients realize their life’s goal and full potential as individuals. She also truly cared about me holistically, and there was no issue too trivial or far-reaching to address. I always felt fully “heard” and never judged, and her interpersonal style and true compassion was a constant reminder to me of my wholeness and greatness. I also felt totally comfortable exposing my insecurities and self doubts to Denise and knew that, in doing so, I would be validated and supported in a way that would help me work through my insecurities and move forward better prepared to live my life fully – without fears, anxieties or a sense that I just wasn’t enough.

Although much of our coaching work evolved around my professional goals and helping me find new ways to contribute as an executive in a fast-growing corporation, Denise’s style and coaching proficiency helped me to acknowledge other areas in my life for growth and development, including a greater focus on my spirituality.

Denise also is wonderful at offering resources or subtle suggestions in areas where she has expertise. She never forgets that the best solutions come from the client, yet her wealth of life experience and rich resource base was extremely beneficial to me and exposed me to tools that enhanced and quickened my progress in reaching my goals. Her style is also very flexible, which allows her to help a broad base of individuals. If you hire her to be your coach, I can assure you that you will not be disappointed.

Denise opened my eyes and really made me think from a new perspective (“outside the box”), which is not something I would have done based on my personality. She never gave me a suggestion. She asked the right questions and, amazingly enough, I came up with the answers myself! Working with Denise helped me really look at how I was handling things and see different avenues to accomplish what I wanted.

She introduced me to The Secret and showed me how I was already using the Law of Attraction, which opened my eyes to explore it more. I really look at everything now with more awareness of my own power to affect what is going on around me. From being someone who hated to read, I’m now enjoying reading and seeing results. Denise gave me tools that I didn’t know were out there. I’ve changed my leadership approach – directing less, asking more questions, helping others find what works best for them. As a result, the people I work with are more excited about what they are doing, feel totally supported, and are actually doing more for themselves. I’m a stronger leader, more effective and getting more respect from everyone, including myself!
