It was here she developed a leadership action program that empowered employees and increased year over year sales by 35%. Her experience includes; national account management, training and development, new territory development, strategic planning, field marketing strategy. She is one of 500 people worldwide that hold a license in Energy Leadership, A groundbreaking, scientifically proven and powerful self assessment and training development program. A graduate of American University with a BS in Finance, her experience and spirit empowers others to lead themselves. Amy has facilitated numerous workshops for girls, women and corporations on such topics as communications, energy, choice, empowerment and emotional intelligence. “I wish I knew then what I know now” is a driving force behind her work.
