She has over 20 years of experience in Leadership, Sales, Marketing, and Human Resources in the pharmaceutical, medical device, banking, and publishing industries. As an accomplished business professional she delivers tremendous value to clients by offering coaching, consulting, training and facilitation to inspire excellence. Tamra is the founder and CEO of Inspired Excellence International (IEI), a coaching and management consulting company based in Orlando, FL. She founded IEI on the belief that breakthrough coaching, effective consulting, and professional training and facilitation provide transformational experiences that empower and improve leadership and effectiveness of individuals and organizations. Prior to her entrepreneurial endeavor with IEI, Tamra spent over 17 years in Sales, Sales Leadership, and Human Resources, in the pharmaceutical and medical device arenas. Her transformational leadership style enabled her to coach teams and individuals to achieve high levels of success. Tamra has demonstrated the ability to build world-class sales teams and has inspired and lead them to top performance. She has a proven record of success in developing and directing sales, and business operations in highly competitive markets. Spearheading successful business development initiatives across public health and government organizations has also been a strong suit. Tamra has award winning accomplishments in strategic business planning, marketing, training and development, tactical sales execution, market development, and new product launches. Tamra also serves as consultant for EPI Books. In this role as Vice President of Marketing she oversees all facets of marketing books to media and distribution channels. She provides strategic market planning and cultivates relationships with key buyers, distributors, and wholesalers to build new business and maintain existing business. Tamra is also a Core Team Facilitator for Leadership Strategies-The Facilitation Company, one of the national leaders in facilitation services. Tamra synergistically utilizes her coaching skills and wealth of business knowledge coupled with research, assessments, and established best practices for an integrated facilitative approach to consulting. She partners with clients to understand their needs and has facilitated groups to maximize individual, team, and organizational performance. Tamra specializes in coaching (corporate and personal), leadership development, change management, team development, sales training, negotiation, conflict resolution, strategic planning, and organizational development. Tamra has an MBA in Marketing, is a Certified Professional Coach, Master Energy Leadership Index Practitioner, certified facilitator for Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI®) and Fundamental Interpersonal Relations Orientation-Behavior (FIRO-B®), and facilitator for DiSC®. |
