Michelle is currently coaching individuals and small businesses within the fitness and green industries looking to make a sustainable impact on their lives as well as on the lives of others to help them get out their own way in order to tap into and live their true potential. As a certified trainer of the Book Yourself Solid® System, Michelle partners with Small Businesses to attract their most ideal clients, therefore being energized and inspired to do their best work everyday. She is a Master Practitioner of the Energy Leadership Index™ and works with both individual and small business leaders to bring out their inner leader. Lastly, she partners with individuals on a self-mastery program called The Law of Being to unlock their unlimited potential. Prior to starting her own coaching practice Michelle worked at GenSpring Family Offices, an Ultra-high Net Worth Wealth Management Firm focusing on helping their clients sustain wealth across generations. As an Instructional Designer she focused on content support and development of the Family Governance and Research and Development programs. Before that, she worked as a Career Counselor at the University of Wisconsin - Milwaukee, helped "Make Great Kids Greater" with SuperCamp-Learning Forum summer programs and served as a licensed High School Guidance Counselor for four years. Michelle holds a Masters Degree in School and Community Counseling from the University of Wisconsin - Milwaukee and continues her journey as a life-long learner with professional certificates in Criterion-Referenced Instruction, Train the Trainer, Organizational Development, Workforce Development and Neuro-linguistic Programing (NLP). When not supporting her work mission helping others live the life they truly want, Michelle loves staying connected with family and friends, active and healthy playing ice hockey, soccer, triathlons and just about anything else outdoors. She also enjoys traveling to explore new cultures and places. |
