There are no words to describe the impact that Kari had on my professional career and how I view my everyday work. Kari was always able to meet me where I was at in the moment. She is an amazing listener, however at the same time she asked open ended questions that helped me to process my issues and challenge myself when I felt "stuck" or with no solution. Through my sessions with Kari, she has significantly impacted my work as well as my work/life balance.
