A passion for the inner journey and witnessing the difference that one person can make in another’s life, inspired me to become a certified life coach. Coaching entails working with people who already have a measure of “success” in their lives, but who want to bridge the gap between where they are and where they want to be in their personal life. Coaches work with their clients to design the life they want, bring out their clients’ own excellence and values so that they can achieve greater levels of success and create purposeful, extraordinary lives. The common theme is typically a desire for a deeper level of fulfillment. The coaching process is done by connecting one’s inner purpose and passion to outer goals and tasks which can bring extraordinary results. How is the accomplished? By knowing the right questions to ask and utilizing tools and techniques which empower you to find the answers within yourself. Coaching provides the structure for you to create change. The coaching process addresses YOUR specific concerns and in the process you discover what your obstacles have been and then choose to take action to make your life what you’ve imagined. You are the only expert in your life who truly knows who you are and what you need. You know what is best for you. A coach is an expert in the coaching process. Your coach can help you discover what your own personal "best" might be.
