I AM a loving father of 4, a trusted confidante, a visionary, healer, and guide. I created a picture-perfect, white-picket-fence, community-involved nuclear family. Then my life changed: life-threatening injury, loss of business, divorce, coming out. As a gay man having lived in a straight paradigm for many years, I have had the great fortune of being a personal friend with men from diverse life experiences. In the midst of my own defining moment, I reinvented myself, found my authenticity, and discovered who I am. Today, I work with men to create the vision of who they are so they can manifest their true being. You are not alone. I’ve been there. YOU have what it takes. A graduate of Syracuse University in Architecture with an emphasis on Human Behavioral Impact on Environments, I advanced my studies at Harvard and The University of California in Business Management. My early career as an architect and construction manager transformed into work as an organizational strategist, facilitator, mediator, teaming specialist, and coach/mentor. I later trained with the Institute of Professional Excellence in Coaching and gained my international coach certification through the ICF. With 20 years experience in Organizational and Leadership Development in the federal and private sectors, I have worked with top industry and government leaders to develop and implement highly successful, collaborative strategic plans and change management programs. My record is marked by partnered team-building successes such as my work with the post 9/11 Attack-Pentagon Reconstruction Team to create a unified, focused collaboration while developing process transformation to bring an American icon out of its ashes 1 year later. My work focuses on developing your high potential into self-actualization. By recognizing the influence of personal values in the effective development one’s vision and mission, I work with my clients to develop goals and design transformational change strategies where success is the only option. |
