 I am a Certified Empowerment Coach and specialize in developing high potential leaders. I have more than 20 years experience in management for international pharmaceutical and biopharmaceutical companies and found that developing leadership skills in young managers and enabling them to fully express themselves was the most rewarding part of my work! Since an essential part of my management was managing emotions, maintaining focus on objectives and making clear decisions, I now coach high potential leaders on how to utilize the principles of core energy and emotional intelligence to maximize performance in the workplace.
My philosophy is that the human capital is the most valuable resource in a company and, if given the means through ideal leadership to express their combined talents and skills, this resource pool can greatly contribute to the overall success of a company!
