 Judy Cowan has a depth of experience that uniquely qualifies her to coach individuals and organizations in professional and leadership skills. Prior to establishing her coaching practice, Judy was the director of the Nonprofit Assistance Initiative at the CT Community Foundation where she provided organizational development consulting services to nonprofit organizations in a 21-town area. Previously, Judy was an interim executive director of the Middlesex County Substance Abuse Action Council, a regional director of Huntington Learning Centers, as well as a research project manager for a longitudinal study at the Yale University School of Medicine. Judy has over ten years of coaching experience, working with individuals and organizations to empower them to fulfill their mission.
