 Jayne Douglas is a seasoned corporate executive who thrives to partner with individuals or teams to capitalize on their innate leadership abilities and consciously decide how they show up as a leader in their corporate and personal life, during times of stability and times of change. She takes her 24 years of experience in leading various functions in the medical device and pharmaceutical industries as well as her own personal transitions to assist her in understanding the demands put on corporate leaders today. She then helps them see the power of their choices in how they set their priorities, actions, and reactions in their leadership roles to achieve individual and corporate success. She offers individual programs tailored to the needs of the individual or team. In addition, she offers adventure and nature retreats (from one half to 3 days) for individuals or groups that want to get out of their “work” environment and get reenergized by nature. She is a parent, a community volunteer, a MD, an engineer, an iPEC certified coach and an Energy Leadership Index Master Practitioner (ELI-MP).
