 In addition to his many musical accomplishments, Rik has been life coaching for more than a decade. He completed studies at the Institute for Professional Empowerment Coaching (iPEC) and is a certified coach by the International Coach Federation (ICF), specializing in performing artists. He has not only studied at, but has functioned as Head Coach for, the internationally renowned Landmark Education Corporation. His work with the standard curriculum and Advanced Communication courses along with his Head Coaching the Self-Expression and Leadership Programs, has afforded him countless hours of coaching experience. Rik is also a coach for Structures for Success, a year-long coaching program designed by Phillips Coaching & Consulting for small business entrepreneurs. Additionally, Rik has coached scores of advanced high school, collegiate and professional musicians on both coasts.

Rik has limited room for new coaching clients and welcomes talking with you about how he may assist you in reaching your personal life goals. All sessions are conducted via phone to maximize time, eliminate the hassles of traversing Los Angeles traffic, and assure the most stress-free session possible.
