Hi, I'm Rick, and I'm proud to be known as "The Coming Out Coach." I've created a unique three-step "coming out coaching process" that kicks beliefs of "not good enough, broken sexuality, and shame for being who you are" to the curb. Freed from the constraints of the "closet of false securities," clients release their feelings of unending stress, embrace their truth and stand solidly in the freedom of living powerfully on purpose. After hiding in my own closet for 38 years, I faced my fears, stepped into my truth, and began living as a gay man without regrets or shame. What I discovered was my own path to being who I am - an empowered man who just happens to be gay. Now, I'm on a mission to help other gay men be real with themselves so they can be real with others - no apologies required. The three step process: Step 1 - Mindset Reset Step 2 - Creating Courageous Confidence Step 3 - Truth, Freedom, Powerful Purpose enables gay men to experience their authentic power within. The "need" to medicate by compensating is cast aside and replaced with the genuine power of "I am as I should be, and that's perfect for me." This process was specifically designed as a flexible, "gender-neutral" experience. It meets the individual where they are - just coming out, out but not sure how to be out, mature in their gay life but seeking more from in life.
