I created my company ADVENTURES IN COACHING because I went from a life of limitation/ viewing life as a burden to a life of success & enjoying life's challenges/opportunities as an exciting, joyful adventure! Now as an iPEC core energy personal empowerment coach my passion is to help you make your own life changing breakthroughs! Many people go on weekend adventures and adventurous or relaxing vacations but don’t live their life with that same excited/ relaxed balance that they so yearn for. What a waste of this wonderful opportunity of life. I can guide you through the three steps you need to live a fearless/fulfilling life on a daily basis. I see my clients as whole/ complete and fully capable of having whatever they want in life and help them to learn to see themselves that way. I have a varied background. I've had a number of careers: Aerospace Engineer/Financial Advisor/ Certified Yoga Instructor/ Sales (I am older than I look and feel). I have gone from being a reserved/self-conscious/shy engineer to doing things I've never imagined like overcoming my childhood fear of from almost drowning to swim miles in the ocean, performed improvisational comedy, backpacked in the wilderness all over the world (Costa Rica, South Africa, throughout Europe, Mexico, Australia, New Zealand). I have gone from a life of seeing the possibilities as very limited to living a life of unlimited possibilities. And as a Self-empowerment coach I can help you to do the same for yourself! I specialize in helping my clients discover the core energy block keeping them from having the life they want. I then help you discover how you can overcome the block/fear that has been holding you back and support you to step by step bring about a vibrantly joyful, expressive life where you can feel at peace and fully engaged in your life as you achieve your goals!
