Career Transition Coach - The Bailiwick Group Angelina Iyamah-Wilson is a Human Resource professional with over 10 years of experience in the areas of Human Resource management with specific expertise in leading recruitment efforts and career development. She is experienced in the areas of career transition coaching, succession planning and learning and development design and delivery. Additionally, she has experience building and managing two successful small businesses, including The Bailiwick Group. Angelina’s most recent experience comes from Deloitte & Touche USA LLP, where over the last 5 years she held various roles including regional diversity recruiting manager, regional experienced hire recruiting manager and career transition and internal mobility coach. Before joining Deloitte & Touche USA LLP, Angelina worked with several large scale organizations including Washington Mutual, Warner Bros, Public Storage and PacifiCare. In her practice as a Career Transition Coach, Angelina works with degreed professionals to develop the skills and competencies that will contribute to success in finding new career opportunities. She is Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI)-qualified, and proficient in the use of Strength Finders methodology. Angelina attended Mount St. Mary’s College where she studied English Literature and recently completed an ICF accredited Career and Life coaching certification through iPEC Coaching. Angelina’s passion is for facilitating the shift of Core Energy and developing self-awareness through a holistic, collaborative approach. Through this transformational coaching process she works to empower her clients while fostering an empathetic environment that supports the active realization of their full potential and goals.
