Amplified By Design, LLC Beyond the Uniform Lakisha is the creator of Beyond the Uniform, which serves the MILITARY via development, enrichment and sustainment of Military Leaders and their Family. Lakisha is a non-combat veteran and Army Wife. She brings over 18 years experience in personal and professional development, mentoring, facilitation skills and training. Lakisha offers customized workshops, seminars, coaching, development and sustainment programs for individuals and groups. She is a Certified Professional Coach, Life Potentials Practitioner and Energy Leadership Index Master Practitioner, trained by iPEC (Institute for Professional Excellence in Coaching). She holds a current and active membership with the ICF (International Coach Federation). Lakisha has received an additional certificate in personal coaching from The CAPP Institute(Coaching and Positive Psychology), a division of Inspire Inc. Additionally, Lakisha is an active member of the Army Hawaii community. She serves as a Master Resiliency Leader, with training by the 45th STB (Special Troops Battalion), Schofield Barracks Hawaii. Lakisha volunteers as an Army Family Team Building Instructor, Army Family Action Plan discussant, Resident Advisor and within her Family Readiness Group. Lakisha currently reside in Honolulu, Hawaii. She enjoys kite-flying, writing, dancing, writing, spending time with her Family and enriching lives. |

The Army offers lots of programs and I appreciate that. However, working with you (Lakisha) proved to be most beneficial to me as I sought to establish and grow our Family Readiness Group (FRG). You didn't make me feel bad that I didn't really understand the program. As you pointed out, This is MY program and Family feedback is important.
