Anita P. Kirkman, founder and CEO of Vision in Purpose (VIP) Coaching and Training, is an empowering, inspiring and dedicated trainer, certified life/business coach, and motivational speaker. She is committed to empowering home office business women and entrepreneurs who are stressed and overwhelmed, to prosper in their businesses so that they enjoy financial and time freedom. She enjoys helping these professionals reach their full potential in the areas of leadership, financial expertise, self-care, and life design. Through her passionate and energetic coaching combined with her unique ability to inspire and train, her clients have experienced better financial control, increased self-awareness, and have overcome known and hidden challenges in order to attain and sustain their desired goals. In a fast paced society that holds success as its ultimate goal, awesome leadership is not optional; it’s an absolute essential. Anita is a proven leader with 20+ years’ experience from an impressive array of business sectors. Prior to starting Vision In Purpose Coaching and Training, The Huntsville, Alabama native earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Engineering from the University of Alabama. After graduating, she held positions as a Department of the Army Civilian in Engineering, Computer Science, Management, and Human Resources. She then decided to become her own boss and worked her way up to the top 3% leadership positions in several direct sales companies. She entered into the financial industry and earned 4 securities licenses that included Series 6 and 63, Registered Representative; Series 26, Supervisory Principal; and Series 65, Investment Advisor plus licenses in Health and Life Insurance. Anita utilizes her invaluable, combined, and successful experience in these areas, along with her extensive training to help her clients achieve their desired success. Committed to the continual pursuit of excellence in her profession, Anita is a member of the American Business Women’s Association, the Huntsville Chamber of Commerce, and the Business Networking Institute (BNI), where she has served as Education Coordinator. She is also involved with the Women’s Business Council of North Alabama. Anita has been featured on several internet and local talk radio/TV shows: The Jim Noland Show - HI, K108 and OC16 “Wellness Wednesdays” - HI, WCTCam.com – NJ, The Praise House and Power Talk fm – GA.
